Golf can be played at 5 exciting courses (with 4 more in construction) and there are 4 new multi-purpose stadiums being built!

When to visit to witness sports

Ramadan is a big time for sporting prowess in Dubai. By nature, Ramadan is a time for family, community and pushing yourself to do your personal best. Personal goals can be set and tested across the 3, 5 and 10km Ramadan Night Run and the Nad Al Sheba Tournament showcases excellence in table tennis, archery, volleyball, running, wheelchair basketball and goalball. These include the Dubai Polo Gold Cup, Dubai World Cup (at the Meydan Racecourse), the FINA Swimming Championships, the DP World Tour Championship Golf tournament, Samsung International Beach Soccer, the International Motor Show, the Dubai World Superseries Finals in Badminton and the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens.

The World Future Sports Games are held in Dubai in December.
